This poetry collection is comprised of poems written over the course of one year in three continents: Europe (Cambridge), the Middle East (Jerusalem), and North America (Providence). There are poems about the four seasons, from the beauty of the winter snow to the colorful fall season leaves decking the landscape. There are also poems about changes in the seasons of life. Love can be like a cold winter or a warm, breezy summer day. Love poems in the poetry compilation reflect this change in “seasons.” Furthermore, there are poems reflecting on social justice. This is hard not to do when one had the opportunity to be in Jerusalem as a poet. These poems signal a change in the “seasons” of history. The readers will surely be moved by fabulous poems that they could identify with in one way or another.
